He has been described by faculty as "a model student" and "one of the nicest guys you'll ever want to meet."

And now Greg Vittitow also can be called the Outstanding Senior in EKU's College of Business & Technology. The senior public relations major from Cox's Creek received the honor at an awards luncheon held in conjunction with the College's annual Professional Skills Conference.

In addition to earning a perfect 4.0 GPA, Vittitow has been active in numerous campus organizations. He is vice president of the EKU chapter of Golden Key International Honor Society, a member of Kappa Tau Alpha, a tutor for the Student Success Institute and a section editor for the Eastern Progress, the student-produced weekly newspaper.

He has been named a Kappa Tau Alpha Scholar and was selected as the Distinguished Senior in Public Relations. The College of Business & Technology at EKU includes six academic departments: Accounting, Finance and Information Systems; Agriculture; Communication; Management, Marketing and Administrative Communication; Military Science; and Technology.
